Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TCGSecret website and services at https://tcgsecret.com (the “Platform”), operated by SECRET INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Malaysia to use the Platform. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
3. Wallet and payments
The Platform uses a prepaid wallet system. You may top up your wallet using the available payment methods. Wallet credit is used to purchase digital products on the Platform. Wallet credit is non-transferable and, except as required by law, top-ups are non-refundable once successfully credited.
4. Digital products (pack opening)
The Platform offers digital products in which you purchase a pack that, when opened, reveals one or more trading-card items allocated to your collection. The items revealed are determined by our system at the time of opening. Once a pack has been opened, the purchase is final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded. Disclosed odds or rarity information, where shown, reflect our system's allocation logic.
5. Your collection, sell-back, and shipping
Items in your collection may be (a) held, (b) sold back to the Platform for wallet credit at the quote we offer at that time, or (c) requested for physical shipment, subject to our Shipping Policy and applicable fees. Sell-back quotes are determined by us and may change over time. Some items may not be eligible for sell-back.
6. Pricing and availability
We may change product prices, sell-back ratios, available products, and odds at any time. We may add, modify, deactivate, or remove products at our discretion.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: exploit bugs or errors, use bots/automation to interact with the Platform, attempt to manipulate outcomes, reverse-engineer the Platform, or use the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to void transactions and suspend accounts involved in such conduct.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where applicable.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
