Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical trading cards shipped from TCGSecret, operated by SECRET INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD.

Coverage: We currently ship to all states within Malaysia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping fee: A flat shipping fee of RM8.00 applies per shipment, regardless of the number of cards in that shipment, within Malaysia.

Processing & delivery time: Orders are processed and delivered within 2–5 working days after a shipment request is approved. Working days exclude weekends and Malaysian public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

Tracking: Where a tracking number is available, it will be provided to you once your shipment is dispatched.

Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.

Damaged or incorrect items on arrival: If your cards arrive damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
