Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on TCGSecret, operated by SECRET INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD.

1. Wallet top-ups

Wallet top-ups are processed immediately and are non-refundable once successfully credited, except where required by law (for example, a duplicate or erroneous charge — see section 4).

2. Digital products (pack opening)

Because digital pack contents are revealed instantly upon opening, all pack purchases are final once opened and cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please be sure before you open a pack.

3. Physical cards (shipped items)

Physical cards shipped to you are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. However, in accordance with the Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999, if an item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos, and we will arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no extra cost.

4. Erroneous or duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or paid but did not receive the corresponding wallet credit, contact [email protected] with the transaction details. We will investigate and, where a genuine error is confirmed, correct it or issue a refund of the affected amount.
